Teacher Benefits 2024

The Costume College Committee and CGW Board would like to thank all of those who volunteered to teach at Costume College!!


As a thank you for being willing to teach at Costume College 2024, Costumer’s Guild West would like to provide all teachers with:

  • Complimentary Registration to Costume College 2024 - one registration per teacher (Registration includes access to all associated activities except those events that require a separate ticket. Complimentary Registrations have no cash value and are not refundable for cash or transferable.)
  • Early access to Costume College Registration with priority access to purchase tickets to the Saturday Gala and/or Sunday Tea
  • Lunch vouchers ($30)- one voucher for each day a Teacher is scheduled to teach.  (Vouchers are redeemable at all Hotel restaurants Friday 7/19 thru Monday 7/22 during normal operating hours. Vouchers are not valid on alcoholic beverages or on room service.)
  • Continental breakfast (pastries, fruit,  coffee, tea, and water) on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday mornings (7:30am to 9am) in the Lounge. Please click here for details.
  • Priority check-in on Thursday evening of Costume College in Room 210 (on the second floor).
  • Early access to booking a hotel room at the Costume College discounted rate. 
  • Early access to Workshop Class & Tour Registration.

All of our Teachers are welcome to enjoy all the Social Events offered at Costume College: the Welcome Party on Thursday evening, the Friday evening Social, the Red Carpet and dancing at the Time Traveler’s Gala after dinner is over. (A separate ticket (additional fee) is required to attend dinner at the Gala and to attend the Fantasy Tea on Sunday.) Teachers are also welcome to visit the Lounge, Costume Displays, the Marketplace and Trunk Show.

For those Teachers who chose not to register as Students for Costume College, we will provide a voucher for free self-parking on-site for each day the Teacher is scheduled to teach.
