How To Register for Costume College and purchase tickets to the Gala and Tea

Step 1: Log in to your Costumer’s Guild West account, either by clicking on the Register Here button (when registration opens) or going to www.costumersguild.org and clicking the Member Login button.

Costumer’s Guild West changed its event registration system in May 2021. The new system is linked to CGW's website. All those wishing to attend Costume College will need an account/profile with CGW to register for Costume College. You do not need to join CGW to create an account/profile.

If you are a CGW Member or have attended a CGW event since June 2021, then you should have an account/profile. If you do not remember your log-in information, you can use the retrieve username and/or reset password functions on CGW's website.

If you are not a CGW member and have not attended one of CGW’s virtual events you will need to create an account (this will not make you a CGW member – or require you to pay for membership – this just makes the Registration form personalized to you). This can be done when filling out a CGW event registration form or before registering for a CGW event by selecting the "Create a Guest Account" option on CGW's website.

Step 2: Fill out the Registration form.

Step 3: If registering to attend classes select “Student Registration” otherwise select none. After clicking several additional questions will appear including information for your name badge.

Pricing is automatically generated based on your CGW Membership status. If you are a current CGW Member and do not see CGW Member price options, please contact the Costume College Registrar at [email protected])

Sister Guilds - Due to changes made to CGW’s Bylaws and Standing Rules in September 2021, Costume College no longer offers a Sister Guild member rate.

Step 4: If purchasing Gala and/or Tea ticket(s), select ticket option otherwise select none. Once you have selected to purchase a Gala or Tea ticket, you will be given the option to request a vegetarian meal.

Due to the limited number of tickets available to the Gala and Tea once you have selected to purchase a ticket the system will give you 10 minutes to complete the form including entering payment information.
There is a limit of one ticket to each event per person. To purchase additional tickets you will need to 'register' the person you are purchasing the ticket(s) for, by clicking the 'Register Guest" at the bottom of the page.

Step 5: Click “Next” or if registering another person click “Register Guest” or “Register Household Member” (for those with Household memberships).

Step 6: Enter your payment information and submit your registration form.

That’s it! You’re done. You will be emailed an invoice and welcome/confirmation letter automatically.
