The Information Desk, is staffed throughout the weekend with the friendly and knowledgeable members of the Costume College Committee and the CGW Board of Directors and is here to help you with any questions or concerns that may arise while at Costume College.

Service that we provide include:
  • Directions within the hotel
  • Ticket sales for the Early-bird Marketplace 
  • Raffle tickets sales (raffle held Saturday 9pm at the Gala)
  • 3rd party exchange/sell/purchase of  tickets for Time Traveler’s Saturday Gala and Sunday Fantasy Tea*
  • Message Board for attendees
  • Lost & Found

*As a courtesy service, we can be the intermediary to help if you have an extra Gala or Tea ticket to sell or if you are looking to buy one.  We do not guarantee that Gala and Tea tickets will be available for purchase or will be sold. Reminder:  Costume College Registration Fees, Workshops and Tours may NOT be sold or transferred during College.

One of our most important services is that we have the capability to contact the Dean and Hotel Liaison and other key Costume College people.

Thursday:  7:00pm - 9:00pm
Friday:  7:30am - 5:00pm
Saturday:  8:00am - 5:00pm
Sunday:  8:30am - 3:00pm
