If you are planning to volunteer to teach at Costume College 2026, please WAIT until you have received confirmation that you are teaching and have received your complimentary discount code to register for Costume College. Teachers, Committee & Board members who register and/or purchase ticket(s) BEFORE receiving their complimentary discount code(s) will be reimbursed less a $10 processing fee.
Registration and ticket sales closes on July 7, 2026, however space is limited and may sell out prior to this date.
Time Traveler’s Gala and Fantasy Tea tickets are are sold separately.
- You do not have to be a registered attendee of Costume College to purchase tickets.
- Tickets are limited to two (2) tickets per event per person.
- Once you make the selection to purchase a ticket, you will be given the option to purchase one additional ticket to each event at the non-member price.
- The form may only be submitted ONCE. If you would like to add a ticket after you have submitted the form, please email the Registrar at [email protected]
- To purchase tickets, click the “Register Yourself” button at the bottom of the page. (Those with CGW Household Memberships may purchase tickets for linked profiles. Please use the “Register Linked Profile” to purchase tickets.)
- Pricing is automatically generated based on your CGW Membership status. If you are a current CGW Member and do not see the CGW Member price option, please contact the Costume College Registrar at [email protected] BEFORE submitting the form.
NEW for 2026: the Time Traveler’s Gala will have assigned seating!
- If purchasing two tickets, both tickets will be automatically seated at the same table.
- The tables seat 10. Please provide the first and last names of the people you wish to be seated with in the space provided when purchasing ticket(s). Placement is not guaranteed, but we will try our best to accommodate all requests.
Tips for Registering for Costume College
- The form may only be submitted ONCE.
- Each participant is required to register under their own Costumer’s Guild West account profile. Do NOT use a friend’s or family member's account to register yourself - doing so will prevent them from being able to register and may prevent you from being able to participate in the Workshop Registration Priority Lottery. - To register, click the “Register Yourself” button at the bottom of the page. (Those with CGW Household Memberships will need to log in to EACH Household-Member’s account profile to register.)
- Pricing is automatically generated based on your CGW Membership status. If you are a current CGW Member and do not see CGW Member price options, please contact the Costume College Registrar at [email protected].
- Workshop & Tour Registration Lottery: You will choose from one of five types of embellishments to select your lottery group. Please see Workshop & Tour General Information for more details and an explanation of how the lottery will work.
